Overview:
We are seeking reliable, professional caregivers to provide non-skilled home care services to clients in a home setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

This is an independent contractor role, where you will receive client referrals and have the flexibility to accept or decline assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-skilled home care services to clients

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and care guidelines

  • Maintain accurate daily documentation and timesheets

  • Submit timesheets on time (NO TIMESHEET = NO PAY)

  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the agency

  • Follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements

  • Do NOT accept private payment or solicit clients

Compensation:

  • Paid weekly (based on submitted timesheets)

  • Rates vary per assignment and client agreement

Important Conditions:

  • Independent contractor (1099 – responsible for your own taxes)

  • Must pass background check

  • Must comply with non-compete & non-solicitation policies

  • Cannot work privately with agency clients

  • Must adhere to strict documentation and compliance rules
